The account (tenant) that owns the API key, OAuth client or portal session has been suspended. On the API, every authenticated request is refused. In the portal, you can still sign in and read your account, but any change (creating keys, inviting members, billing actions) is refused. The detail is always the same fixed sentence; it never states the reason.
Common causes
- An operator suspended the account, for example over an unpaid balance or a terms-of-service concern
- Live keys and OAuth clients of a suspended account are also revoked, so you may see
unauthorizedon some requests instead
How to fix it
Contact support from an account owner's email address. Retrying will not help until the suspension is lifted.
Does it bill?
No. See Test vs Live Keys for the full billing rules.
