You started a single sign-on (SSO) login, but the email address does not belong to a domain with SSO set up. The same response covers a malformed email, an unknown domain and a domain without SSO.

Common causes

• Your workspace does not use SSO
• A typo in the email address

How to fix it

Sign in with an email link instead, or check the address.
