Common causes

  • A typo in from (e.g. mt-940 instead of mt940)
  • A message type outside the supported inventory
  • Auto-detection could not match the body to a known format

How to fix it

Compare against the live registry at GET /v1/formats. If your format is missing and you need it, contact support.
